We are pleased that our Hajj enactment was a success. Please find below some pictures of the event. For more picture, visit our Facebook page.

Noor Weekend Academy will be holding an enactment of Hajj on May 15 during Sunday school hours (10:00 am - 1:15 pm). The students will have the opportunity to learn about Hajj rituals at various stations that we will set up in and outside the MAPS gym.

There are a few actions that parents may do beforehand to prepare their children for this event:

On the day itself, boys may optionally bring two white towels or two pieces of white cloth to be used as their Ihram clothing during the enactment. The towels/cloth should be big enough to wrap around the waist/shoulder, and will be worn on their normal clothing.
- Girls should bring a hijab,
- The children should eat a healthy and filling breakfast in the morning since the enactment may take up to 1.5 hour.
- Parents may discuss Hajj and Umrah with their children.
- Do not be late at Sunday School on May 15.

Looking forward to such an exciting event!
